Most of us have been taught that asking a question is about receiving information. We ask because we want clarity, direction, or understanding. Someone gives us an answer, and we leave with new knowledge.
But communication with Astra’Luma operates through an entirely different mechanism.
When Astra’Luma responds to a question, the purpose is not simply to explain something to the conscious mind. The response is transmitted through frequency, interacting with the body’s own intelligence. The words themselves are only one layer of the communication. Beneath them is a transmission designed to be received through your DNA, where the particles of your body, mind, and reality begin reorganizing within the understanding of what is being shared.
In other words, you are not just hearing an answer. You are becoming the answer.

Instead of asking, “What should I do?” you might ask, “What is my body ready to understand that would allow this situation to organize naturally?” Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” consider asking, “What level of consciousness is this experience inviting me to embody?” Rather than wondering, “When will my life change?” ask, “What within me is ready to reorganize so I can experience reality differently?”
Before the retreat, spend some quiet time reflecting on the areas of your life that feel ready for transformation. Notice where you feel resistance, uncertainty, curiosity, or a sense that something greater is trying to emerge. Write your questions down without trying to make them perfect. Often the most meaningful question is the one beneath the first question you think of.
Then ask yourself one final question:
If I left this retreat transformed, what understanding would change everything?
Bring that question with you.
