Follow this simple step-by-step guide to set up your EvoStar™ Mat, choose your session settings, and begin your frequency session.
Before using your EvoStar™ Mat for the first time, make sure your mat has been registered and you have access to your EvoStar™ software.

Once your mat is registered, you’re ready to begin.
Plug in your EvoStar™ Mat, making sure the power adapter is securely connected.
Once connected, power on your mat.
The EvoStar™ Mat is designed to integrate with the DMT™ Software System, allowing you to layer structured frequency protocols with the physical device for a more synchronized experience.
Log in to your EvoStar™ software and choose the system you would like to use.
Choose Mat if you are using the EvoStar™ Mat by itself.
Choose Advanced System if you are using the EvoStar™ Mat and EvoStar™ Device together.
Then select your desired Intention Program within the software.
Select your desired session length in the software, then set the corresponding time on your EvoStar™ Mat or Device.
Select your desired session length in the software. The 1-9 is by minutes. The mat will continue to be active until it is powered off.
Continue the same pattern for longer sessions.
Customize your EvoStar™ Mat session by choosing your preferred temperature and PEMF intensity.
Adjust the mat to your preferred temperature and comfort level.
Select your desired PEMF power level from 1–9.
We recommend starting at a lower setting and gradually increasing the intensity as you become familiar with the mat.
Once your settings are complete, press Start in the EvoStar™ software.
This activates the Evolution Scalar Technology™ (EST™) and DMT™ Code frequencies for your session.
Lie comfortably on your EvoStar™ Mat and enjoy your selected session.
Allow the mat and your activated EST™ and DMT™ Code frequencies to run for your selected session time.
When your session is complete:
Lying down, resting, or meditating — an ideal addition to daily or evening routines.

This protocol is designed for times when the body is adjusting to higher levels of energetic input and needs support staying grounded, clear, and regulated. It can be especially helpful during periods of increased sensitivity, energetic expansion, emotional intensity, fatigue, sleep disruption, or the feeling that the body is trying to reorganize around a new level of frequency.
Start gently. If the body is highly sensitive, begin with shorter sessions and allow the system to build tolerance over time. This protocol works best when approached as a stabilizing rhythm rather than an intense push.
